The Samu Social de Paris humanitarian emergency service is to open a new accommodation centre at the Charles Foix Hospital in Ivry-sur-Seine. The centre will welcome homeless people who have migrated to France to escape war, cutting or forced marriage. Beds will also be set aside for people with disabilities who are marginalised from society.
Role of the ENGIE Foundation
The Foundation is helping to renovate the building that will provide accommodation at the Charles Foix Hospital. This project follows on from previous initiatives undertaken with Samu Social, a long-standing partner of the Foundation.
