The Cournot Foundation is proposing an initiation project for third-year students in the high-priority education network
in Hauts-de-Seine and Yvelines. This project is being developed together with teachers who are intent on helping students attending the high-priority colleges in Yvelines overcome their difficulties with mathematics. The project offers anintroduction to chance, more specifically non-equiprobable events.
