Impulsion 75 was created in 2008 and enables disengaged young people to join a professional coaching programme that combines sport and arts with the aim of easing them back into social inclusion and workplace integration.
Each session is purposefully limited to 15 young people to provide individual support. The goal of the coaching is to re-motivate, by providing education and sports activities, as well as communication workshops, performance art classes and job interview simulations.
In 2017, 355 young people in the Ile-de-France region aged 13-25, who had dropped out of the
education and workplace system, were able to benefit from the re-integration scheme consisting of:
- sports coaching: educational boxing and physical education;
- improvisation: job-seeking role play, job interview simulation, conflict management, company visits, etc.
Thanks to Impulsion 75, hundreds of young people have their lives back on track following a stable, structured, personal and professional project.
Role of the ENGIE Foundation
The ENGIE Foundation has been a partner of Impulsion 75 since 2011 (partnership renewed in 2019). Young people from this organisation are often invited to, or participate in, events run by the Foundation.
