La Vraie Vie (Real Life) is a project aimed at promoting the social inclusion of young people in Seine-Saint-Denis through an innovative educational programme in which they get to work with well-known directors to produce shows, films and web series. These are then played or performed to the public at national festivals.
The project was set up by Ecole des Actes, an organisation based in the Paris suburb of Aubervilliers which offers a new kind of route to reintegration based on an educational model combining acting, the humanities and work experience.
