The project
Set up in 2022, the Maison des Femmes Marseille Provence is a unique reception, care, support and referral center for vulnerable women who are victims of violence.
The Maison des Femmes offers individual follow-up with medical consultations, psychological support, social accompaniment and legal aid, as well as group activities based on discussion groups and workshops: self-esteem, sport, social ties, etc.
IMPACT in 20 months of operation:
- 463 women have been cared for (+ 344 new women in 2023)
- 3 care paths: 75% Violence +++, 10% Pregnant women, 7% Mutilations, 8% Complex care paths
- 4,925 consultations carried out, including 2,298 in 2023
