  • COUNTRY : France (Europe)
  • DATE : 2018-2019
  • COMMITMENT : access to culture for all

The project

2018 is the perfect time to reaffirm this commitment in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Independence, signed on 10 December 1948 at the Palais de Chaillot in Paris; since then, the Musée de l'Homme (Museum of Mankind) as an institution has always defended the unity of our race in all its diversity In order to re-examine human rights, the "En droits!" season run by the Museum will include various different formats: - two photographic exhibitions (including a retrospective exhibition by Salgado); - three performances; - a street art exhibition; - a history exhibition, debates, a show, children's activities, etc.

The role of the ENGIE Foundation

The Foundation is strengthening its association with the Musée de l'Homme to focus on this universal, citizen-based topic. This will provide an opportunity to involve and associate its partner associations committed to defending human rights in France and internationally (aid for migrants, defence of children's rights - access to healthcare, education, etc.).
