10 children per year

The project

The Dakar Children's House, built with the support of the ENGIE Foundation (see the Dakar Children's House project), opens in 2018. It is the only paediatric cardiology facility of its kind in West Africa. The Foundation has decided to extend its assistance, beyond the construction of the building, and will therefore fund the full cost of providing medical and social care to 10 children at the facility. These will mainly be children from the most remote provinces in the region.

Role of the ENGIE Foundation

The Foundation has decided to provide support for a minimum of three years. A total of 30 children will therefore benefit from the Foundation's help.
