The project

The partnership between the ENGIE Foundation and the French Institute Alliance Française (FIAF) in New York aims to introduce young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to performances, films and exhibitions hosted by FIAF. The partnership focuses on three areas: - The Young Audience Program, an education outreach initiative that offers school groups the opportunity to attend events selected for their artistic excellence and connection to French and Francophone cultures. The performances take place in the 360-seat FIAF theatre and are free for public schools. - The Outreach Program, in which Francophone artists work on performances with young people from underprivileged areas of New York. - The Tilt Kids Festival (annual event first held in 2016).

Role of the ENGIE Foundation

The ENGIE Foundation is engaged in a three-year partnership with FIAF, starting in 2016.
